Salary: $25.00 hourly

As we expand our operations in Canada, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casting Machine Operator to join our growing team.
Job Description: As a Casting Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining casting machines used in the production of primary metals. Your role will involve setting up and monitoring the casting equipment, ensuring the correct materials and alloys are used, and adjusting machine settings as necessary to achieve desired specifications. You will work closely with our design and production teams, ensuring the seamless transition of designs from concept to finished products.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate casting machines to create jewelry components using various metals and alloys
- Review design specifications and prepare the casting equipment accordingly
- Monitor machine operation, adjusting settings as necessary to achieve desired results
- Load materials, such as molten metal and alloys, into the casting machine
- Conduct quality checks on castings to ensure they meet our standards for excellence
- Perform routine maintenance on casting equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
